Patricia Lawler Price
Class of '45

Patricia Ann Lawler Price, 85, died May 23, 2008 in Norfolk, VA. Born in the Bronx, NY and raised in Norfolk, she was the daughter of Thomas P. and Nellie Rosanno Lawler. She was a member of the SJC Class of 1945, and worked at the Naval Air Station in Norfolk until 1954, when she married Dr. James D. Price.

Patricia was a dedicated volunteer at the Daughters’ DePaul Hospital and later at the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia, and was a member of the DePaul and Norfolk General hospitals’ Ladies Auxiliaries. She was a parishioner at St. Pius X Parish for 45 years.

Predeceased by her husband, Patricia is survived by her son James D. Price Jr. (Donna) of Virginia Beach; daughters Mary Lou Perry (Mark) of Charlottesville, and Jean Price of Norfolk; three grandchildren; her “special children,” Larry and Mary Lu Glindeman; and her soul sister, Sue Stephenson. Memorial contributions can be made to the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia.
